At the IMMERSIVE DINING experience, a new initiative by WASHOKU SOUTEN, traditional flavours are served with a contemporary twist in a setting that combines visuals, soundscapes and stunning views of the Tokyo skyline. The three eight-course meals centre on different themes. FANTASIA invites diners into a fantastical world of riotous colour; JAPONISM is an elegant exploration of the scenery and culture in Japan; and STELLA lifts off to explore unknown planets with stylish geometries and stellar animations.
